About

Cecelia “Cece” Gans concentrates in both transactional law and estate and trust law. On the business side, she advises clients in connection with commercial transactions, leasing, intellectual property, real estate, and mergers and acquisitions.

In addition to helping business owners with transactional matters, she addresses their personal legal needs, including estate and trust planning and administration, special needs planning, and guardianship. Likewise, individual estate and trust clients often require help with their businesses. She thus counsels clients on succession planning, preparing business owners and their families for long-term success and prosperity.

Cece is an active member of the Estate & Trust Law and Business Law Sections of the Maryland State Bar Association. Additionally, she serves on the board of Cornerstone Community Housing, a nonprofit dedicated to helping men experiencing homelessness.

Cece holds a B.A. in Political Science from Seton Hall University. She graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she served as a Rule 19 Student Attorney in the Community Development Clinic and staff editor of the University of Baltimore Law Forum. Prior to entering private practice, she served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Hon. Shannon E. Avery of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.
