Alex Koronios is an associate at Jensen & McComas concentrating on corporate and transactional law. He supports the firm’s partners in handling a range of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, licensing matters, and financing agreements.

 

Alex is a recent graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he was admitted to the Royal Graham Shannonhouse III Honor Society for distinguished scholars. While in law school, he also served as a student attorney in a mediation clinic for local families, and as a law clerk at a small general-practice firm.
