We are pleased to announce the addition of a robust estates and trusts practice with an emphasis on special needs planning and succession planning. Headed by attorneys Victoria Z. Sulerzyski and Cecelia Gans, our estates and trusts group has over two decades of experience in guiding business owners and families through critical life decisions, and is dedicated to offering personalized, compassionate legal counsel tailored to each client’s unique needs.

In addition to Co-Founders Mark T. Jensen and William A. McComas, who concentrate in corporate law, our firm is bolstered by a talented team of legal and operational professionals who have moved from their previous firm. In the estates and trusts group, Ms. Sulerzyski and Ms. Gans are joined by Alysa Fisher. Having worked as a team for several years, they bring a wealth of knowledge and share deep commitment to client-centered service.
Ms. Sulerzyski is a member of the Special Needs Alliance, a national organization for attorneys committed to the practice of disability and public benefits law. Thanks to her many years of experience in this area, she is well positioned to help families navigate the complex rules of planning for an individual with special needs. Our comprehensive approach to estates and trusts will focus on guiding clients through succession planning, wealth preservation and growth, and special needs planning.
“Victoria, Cece, and Alysa bring a wealth of experience and are deeply committed to providing outstanding service to a broad spectrum of clients, including families and privately-held businesses,” said Bill McComas. “As we strive to create a new kind of law firm, one that is less hierarchical and more entrepreneurial and client-focused, we’re thrilled to welcome such a dynamic estates and trusts practice.”
By leveraging years of experience in estates and trusts as well as business law, our firm is uniquely positioned to help clients navigate the complex world of succession planning and special needs, protect their legacies, avoid probate pitfalls, and ensure that their loved ones are provided for in accordance with their wishes.
“We are excited to start this new chapter and bring our knowledge in estates and trusts, special needs planning, and business succession to a wider community,” said Ms. Sulerzyski. “Our mission is to create tailored, thoughtful plans that meet the distinct needs of each client, whether they involve the intricacies of business succession planning, family wealth transfer, or plans to support loved ones with special needs.”
“Joining a team that shares the same values of integrity and client dedication was essential as we transitioned to this new firm,” said Ms. Gans. “We are confident that our growing team will continue to help clients with empathy, sensitivity and precision as we move forward.”
