La'Tika D. Howard Appointed to MSBA Post

We’re delighted to announce that La’Tika D. Howard has been named the Young Lawyers Section Representative for the Maryland State Bar Association’s Business Law Section Council. In this role, she will contribute to the Section Council’s ongoing work, which includes advocacy in the Maryland General Assembly, organizing educational events, and the administration of the Section's legal clinic.

A corporate attorney, La’Tika helps businesses navigate growth, investment, and strategic transactions. She supports start-ups, emerging companies, and investors through every stage of the business lifecycle—from formation through succession planning—and provides outside general counsel services to a variety of privately-held businesses.
