We are pleased to announce that Jensen & McComas attorney Victoria Z. Sulerzyski has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Medstar Franklin Square Medical Center.

Located in Northeast Baltimore, the Center provides a range of surgical services and treatments. It is home to experts in oncology, neurology, cardiology, obstetrics, gynecology, orthopedics, neonatal intensive care, behavioral health, and ambulatory services. The Center has earned numerous honors for its work, and for four years in a row has been designated as a Magnet for excellence in nursing by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

As an attorney and advocate for individuals with special needs, Victoria has worked for decades at the intersection of healthcare policy and special needs issues. She concentrates her legal practice on estates and trust law, with an emphasis on special needs planning and guardianship. She served for more than twenty years on the Board of Trustees of the Kennedy Krieger Institute’s Center for Early Childhood Development and Education and four years on the Board of Directors of the Kennedy Krieger Institute, and she has testified before U.S. Congress and the Maryland Legislature on disability issues. She is currently serving as Vice Chair of the Special Needs Alliance Public Policy Committee, whose mission is to advocate for national policies beneficial to individuals with disabilities.

We congratulate Victoria on her appointment. To read more about her practice, click here or email her directly at sulerzyski@jensen-mccomas.com
